Mexican Bun
Bahan Bun
325 high protein flour
1 camca teh bread improver
1/2 camca teh garam halus
1 1/2 sudu besar susu tepung
60gm gula caster
120ml air
10gm yis
1 biji telur
45gm margerin/butter
**masukkan dalam breadmaker..tunggu siap. tumbuk2 doh, biarkan 15-30min. Bahagi doh kepada saiz-saiz kecil( 10-12 biji bergantung kepada saiz). Masukkan inti cream cheese di tengah, bulat-bulatkan. Tunggu doh naik 2x ganda. Putarkan mexican topping(seperti dalam gambar) di atas bun sebelun di bakar. Bakar bun selama 5-10 min dengan suhu 200C.
Bahan Inti Cream Cheese
120gm cream cheese
30gm icing sugar
1/2 camca teh esen vanilla
**Putar hingga berkrim guna hand whisk.
Mexican Topping
75gm butter
60gm icing sugar
1/2 camca teh vanilla
1 biji telur, pukul sedikit
75gm tepung kek(aku guna self rising flour jer)
sedikit instant coffee
** Putar butter dan gula hingga berkrim, masukkan telur dan putar lagi, masukkan esen vanilla dan instant coffee. Masukkan tepung dan putar lagi hingga sebati.
