Cucpakes frosting/icing

Untuk Kak Gee ... nie ada few repesi untuk cupcake icing (setelah di-google). I dun have any idea how these looks like as I never did any cupcakes before (i cuma pandai makan je... :p)

Butter Cream Frosting
Ingredients
5 oz (150g) Butter - softened
8 oz (250g) confectioners (icing) sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp hot water
Method
1. Beat together the butter and sugar with an electric beater.
2. Once well combined, add the vanilla and water. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Notes
Makes 12 cakes.

Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting
Ingredients
5 oz (150g) Butter - softened
8 oz (250g) confectioners (icing) sugar
2 tbls cocoa powder
2 tsp very hot water
Method
1. Beat together the butter and sugar with an electric beater.
2. Once well combined, add the combined cocoa powder and water. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Notes
Makes enough for 12 cakes.

Dark Chocolate Ganache Recipe
Ingredients
½ cup thickened cream
7 oz (200g) bittersweet (dark) chocolate
Method
1 Break chocolate into small pieces and put in a small bowl.
2 Put the cream into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
3 Pour the cream over the chocolate and stir until chocolate has melted and it is smooth.
4 Stand at room temperature, until cooled and thickened.
5 Then use to cover your cakes.
Notes
Makes enough for 12 cupcakes.

Cupcakes


Basic Vanilla Cup Cake Recipe
Ingredients
5 oz (150g) Butter - softened
5 oz (150g) superfine (castor) sugar
6 oz (175g) self-raising flour
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
1. Pre-heat the oven to 350oF (180oC).
2. Line a 12 cup cake pan, with cup cake papers.
3. Crack the eggs into a cup and beat lightly with a fork.
4. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl.
5. Beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes, until light and creamy.
6. Divide the mixture evenly between the cake cases.
7. Bake for 18-20 minutes until risen and firm to touch.
8. Allow to cool for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire rack.
9. Allow to cool fully before icing.

Air Sedap

Mari share resepi air sedap ..... :D

200ml susu segar
3 sudu besar sunquick perisa buah tropika
1 sudu besar madu lebah
beberapa ketul ais
150ml air sejuk

and now .. shake your bon bon!

:D

dah siap, boleh minum.
karang upgrade lagi air sedap nie... nie baru prototaip jer.
ngeeeee!

Ayam Ungkep


Bahan2 :
· Ayam 4 ketul yang diperap dengan garan dan kunyit
· Serai 2 batang yang diketuk
· Air ikut kepekatan yang disukai
Bahan2 Kisar :
· Bawang besar 1 labu
· Bawang putih 5 ulas
· Halia 1 inci
· Kunyit hidup 1 inci
· Cili padi sepuluh biji ( atau ikut pedas mana yang nak)
Bahan Tumis: Halia 1 inci yang dihiris halus

Cara2nya:
· Tumis halia hingga garing
· Masukkan bahan kisar dan masak hingga naik minyak
· Masukkan ayam (biarkan 2-3 minit)
· Masukkan serai dan air
· Letakkan garam secukup rasa
· Tutup dengan penutup kuali
· Kacau sekali-sekala
· Masak sehingga pekat (ala-rendang gitu)
· Bila kepekatan dan rasa dah memuaskan, tutup api dan boleh la dimakan dengan nasi panas...
