MEE MAGGI BANDUNG

MEE MAGGI BANDUNG (diambil resepinye dari cikmatgebu)

BAHAN-BAHANNYA :-)
1 paket maggi perisa ayam, asingkan perencahnya
1 pokok sawi bok choy, asing daun dan pelepahnya, siang berasingan
1 biji tomato kecil, belah 4
2 batang kacang buncis, hiris serong
2 biji bawang merah, hiris
1 ulas bawang putih, cincang
1 kelopak kobis cina, hiris
1 camca teh sos ikan
1 1/2 camca besar sambal tumis
1 camca besar sos tomato
1 camca besar sos cili
1 biji telur
1 batang sosej, hiris (boleh guna udang, daging, sotong atau ayam, ikut suka)
3 cawan air

CARA MEMBUATNYA :-)
  1. Panaskan sedikit minyak dalam kuali, tumis bawang merah dan putih hingga wangi, tambah sambal tumis, sos tiram, sos cili dan sos tomato, kacau rata dan masak sekejap.
  2. Tuang air dan masukkan sosej dan perisa perencah maggi tadi. Kacau rata. Bila mendidih perlahankan api, masukkan telur, pelepah sawi dan masak dengan api kecil hingga telur mengeras.
  3. Tambah kacang buncis, kobis dan daun sawi serta mee maggi, masak hingga mee lembut, tambah sos ikan dan jika kurang kuah tambah sedikit lagi air. Rasa dan jika ok boleh matikan api. Tabur hirisan daun sup sebelum dihidangkan..

Biskut Samperit Susu.

1 can on sweetened condensed milk (12 oz I think). Original recipe called for Nespray powdered milk

2 stick of unsalted butter (one stick of butter is 4 oz/114 gm)

1 cup confectioners sugar (you could use 1 1/2 cups if you like it sweeter)
3 cups flour

1 cup cornstarch

1 tablespoon essence vanilla
1 egg yolk

This recipe yield lots of cookies. I did not count. But I was feeling weak the next day because too long standing in the kitchen.

Talam Berlauk

Bahan-bahan ( loyang 11x11 inc. )


Adunan tepung :-
*230 g tepung beras (cap gajah)-(2 cawan + 3 3/4 sb)
*60 g tepung jagung (7 1/2 sb)
*2 sk gula
*garam secukup rasa
*1/2 sk serbuk lada sulah
*1,100 ml santan pekat (4 1/2 cawan)

Bahan utk lauk :-
300 g daging cincang
180 g isi ayam - potong dadu
1 hiris halia - ditumbuk
2 ulas bawang putih - ditumbuk
1 sk serbuk lada sulah
garam secukup rasa
minyak utk menumis

Bahan taburan :-
2 cawan bawang goreng
8 tangkai daun sup dan daun bawang - dihiris
3 batang lada merah - dihiris halus (lebihkan jika suka pedas)

Cara-cara
  1. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bwg putih dan halia hingga wangi dan masukkan daging dan ayam dan masak hingga kering lalu masukkan perasa dan 1/2 bahan taburan.Gaul rata dan masak terus hingga kering.Sejukkan.
  2. Satukan adunan tepung* ke dlm periuk, kacau hingga tidak berbintil dan masak atas api perlahan hingga sederhana pekat. Kemudian masukkan lauk yg tlh disejukkan tadi dan kacau lagi 5 min.
  3. Tuang adunan ke dlm loyang berlengser minyak dan taburkan permukaan adunan dgn lebihan bahan taburan rata2.
  4. Kukus selama 20 min atau hingga masak. Biarkan kuih benar2 sejuk, potong dan hidangkan.

Ayam masak kurma.

Kelmarin mek mafia pegi masak ayam kurma ni. Katanya lazat dimakan bersama telur masin. Haihh. Aku pon tak pernah masak ayam masak kurma. So, kita gugel resepi and perap kat sini. Hohoho.

Bahan-bahan ( 4 orang )

Ayam setengah ekor
7 biji bwg merah
5 ulas bwg putih
2 biji bwg besar
Penumis (bunga lawang, buah pelaga, kayu manis & bunga cengkih)
Serbuk kurma adabi
Serai
Santan
Minyak untuk menumis
Cili hijau @ merah
Tomato
4 biji buah keras (ditumbuk)

Cara-cara

Panaskan minyak, tumis bahan kisar (bwg merah, bwg putih ) dan rempah ratus hingga naik bau.
Masukkan serbuk kurma dan buah keras.
Masukkan serai, kentang, bawang besar dan ayam.
Masukkan sedikit air dan garam.
Tunggu sehingga ayam dan kentang sedikit empuk, barulah masukkan santan.
Lastly,..masukkan tomato dan cili hijau @ merah.

Red velvet

Yang ni pun sahabat bayek yang email the resepi. Aku macam malas nak try kalau benda complicated gini.. muahahaha... tapi ok je kalau nak bikin kan?

Cake Recepi
2 1/2 cups (250 grams) sifted cake flour (I used normal flour)
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons (15 grams) cocoa powder
1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups (300 grams) granulated white sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup (240 ml) buttermilk – see recipe below
2 tablespoons liquid red food coloring (I added to 4 tablespoon)
1 teaspoon white distilled vinegar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tespoon baking powder (I added this too)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and place rack in center of oven. Butter two – 9 inch (23 cm) round cake pans and line the bottoms of the pans with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl sift together the flour, salt, and cocoa powder. Set aside.
In bowl of your electric mixer, or with a hand mixer, beat the butter until soft (about 1-2 minutes). Add the sugar and beat until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes). Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add the vanilla extract and beat until combined.
In a measuring cup whisk the buttermilk with the red food coloring. With the mixer on low speed, alternately add the flour mixture and buttermilk to the butter mixture, in three additions, beginning and ending with the flour.
In a small cup combine the vinegar and baking soda. Allow the mixture to fizz and then quickly fold into the cake batter.
Working quickly, divide the batter evenly between the two prepared pans and smooth the tops with an offset spatula or the back of a spoon. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25 – 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cakes comes out clean. Cool the cakes in their pans on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Place a wire rack on top of the cake pan and invert, lifting off the pan. Once the cakes have completely cooled, wrap in plastic and place the cake layers in the freezer for at least an hour. (This is done to make filling and frosting the cakes easier.)

Buttermilk Recipe
Add 1 tablespoon of white distilled vinegar, cider vinegar, or lemon juice to 1 cup (240 ml) of milk. Let this mixture stand 5 to 10 minutes before using.

Cream Cheese Frosting
250ml whipping cream
200ml cream cheese
1/2 cup confectioner sugar
Mix everything in a big bowl and whip the cream until stiff peaks formed

Biskut Nutella

Ni sahabat bayek aku yang hantar resepi entah mana dia dapat nie. Macam best je nak cuba. ;)

BISKUT NUTELLA
Sumber: MJ

Bahan-bahannya
250gm mentega
130gm gula castor
25gm serbok koko
2 sudu makan nutella
120 gm badam cincang
350gm top flour
50 gm tepung jagung

Cara-caranya
1) Pukul mentega dan gula mengunakan mixer sehingga kembang.
2) Masokkan koko dan nutella dan kacau sehingga sebati.
3) Campurkan badam cincang yang telah disangar terlebih dahulu dan akhir sekali tepung gandum dan tepung jagong yang sudah diayak. Gaul sehingga sebati dah terap mengikut kesukaan masing masing. Bakar di oven yang telah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu pada suhu 175d C selama 20 minit sehingga biskut masak.

CUSTARD TEACAKE

Resepi ni dapat from Yannie Bunnie. 
Tasted her superb teacake memang wonderful lah! Nyummmeh.

bahan custard:
1 tbsp tepung custard
1 tbsp castor sugar
2/3 cup susu (low fat pn sedap)
15g butter (lebih kurang 1tsp)
2 tsp vanilla esen

slalu i doublekn quantity ni utk 1 adunan kek. kalu kek i doublekn adunan, bahan custard ni i triplekn. 

bahan kek:
125g butter
1/3 cup castor sugar (lebih kurang 83g)
1 telur
3/4 cup self raising flour (lebih kurang 90g)
1/4 cup custard powder (lebih kurang 30g)
1/2 tsp vanilla esen

cara2 buat custard:
1. masukkn tepung, gula n susu. kacau smp mendidih. 
2. tutup api bila dh mendidih. masukkn butter n vanilla esen
3. sejukkn

cara2 buat kek:
1. beat butter n sugar smp creamy
2. masukkn telur. beat smp kembang,masukkn vanilla esen
3. masukkan tepung sket2 smp abes. 
4. then divide into 2, half for bottom part of the cake. buat layer custard n the other half for top part of the cake.
5. bakar at 175'c for 30mins/smp masak
6. enjoy ur cake!


Ini adalah hasilnya .... Ekceli I buat mine ikut internet punya recipe but kalau ikut yannie punye haruslah lebih sedap coz the custard cair-cair gitu. :D
